Trustly Announces Two Key Appointments

Swedish fintech company Trustly has appointed Eileen Chibb as chief operations officer (COO) and Jussi Lindberg as chief revenue officer (CRO).

Chibb, who previously worked for BROCC and Klarna, will be tasked with helping the company establish a ‘consolidated operations function’.

Lindberg will lead the company’s revenue streams and commercial teams, having previously held leadership positions with Adyen, Banking Circle, PayPal and eBay.

The firm will tap into the duo’s expertise to enhance Trustly’s standing in Europe, while also developing their footprint in other targeted markets worldwide.

BetConstruct Launches Bet on League

BetConstruct has launched Bet on League - a comprehensive sports betting product that seamlessly integrates statistics and sportsbooks.

The software solution is described as a ‘mini sportsbook dedicated to specific leagues’, which offers punters tailored bets across a range of events.

Start-Ups Compete for Lucrative Prize Package

Five industry start-ups have been selected as finalists for the second edition of SBC First Pitch Barcelona at the SBC Summit Barcelona this month.

The quintet of companies will compete for a business development prize package valued at over €60,000, which will boost their chances of breaking into the sports betting industry.
