The hugely talented seven-year-old is scheduled to begin his campaign in the Grade 1 Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle on November 30.

Read on as we look why Henderson approved the procedure before assessing some of the other top stories from the sports betting sector this week.

Constitution Hill in ‘Very Good Form’

Constitution Hill has not raced since winning at Kempton on Boxing Day, with a respiratory infection and suspected colic causing him to miss his major spring targets.

Henderson hopes the wind surgery procedure will aid the horse’s breathing this season and says he is in ‘very good form’ ahead of his seasonal reappearance at Newcastle.

The impressive 2023 Champion Hurdle winner is the 2/1 favourite in the latest Cheltenham betting to regain his place as the top two-mile hurdler next March.
