Ahead of writing my FafaBet review, I was unfamiliar with this bookmaker and I was unfamiliar with their parent company Taichi Tech. This always makes the experience a little more interesting.
Having used other FSB sites, I was fairly familiar with the layout and this gave me a warm feeling of familiarity.
FafaBet wasn’t particularly eye-catching, however, the design was effective and I found that everything worked well. I didn’t struggle to move between markets and I found that the layout of the site was logical.
This site is clean and concise and that makes placing bets enjoyable and straightforward.
The app was easy to download and I was able to install this on my iOS device within minutes. The app is also simplistic and clean and I found it easy to move between menus. There were a couple of inconvenient crashes, however, most betting apps occasionally run into issues. One or two pages took a few extra seconds to load, yet I wasn't overly inconvenienced by this.
I was impressed by the range of markets available. I noticed that there was a wide variety of sports listed in the A-Z section including the lesser-spotted Biathlon and Waterpolo. All of the usual suspects are listed here and I was pleased to see ample horse racing markets listed. As a fan of US horse racing, I was delighted to see that FafaBet UK has meetings priced up from around the world. Horse racing bettors can enjoy taking advantage of the horse racing offers including Beaten by a Length and Best Odds Guaranteed.
Speaking of offers, FafaBet’s promotions page is extremely well-stocked and these are handily separated into categories, making it easy to find the details of your preferred promotion. The welcome bonus is generous and although we didn’t deposit the full £100 to take full advantage of their promotion, we enjoyed receiving a £10 free bet and an additional casino bonus.
There are plenty of features to keep us happy and I utilised the Cash Out function on a number of occasions. Create a Bet is a great way of building a bespoke wager and I did actually manage to win on a couple of occasions. The In-Play section was well-stocked and enjoyed browsing the live options, particularly during busy periods of the day. I didn’t partake in the Free In-Play Bet Club, but this was an appealing promotion for those who regularly wager on ongoing events.
So far, so good…
Unfortunately the lack of deposit methods was disappointing. As a PayPal user, I wasn’t able to use this popular e-wallet to make a deposit. Admittedly, the speed of the payout was excellent and amongst the best, however, I would have preferred a greater spread of payment options.
Customer support was below average and I would have preferred to have used the live chat function to speak to an operator. Unfortunately, I struggled to locate this on the app and when I finally got this loaded on the desktop site, I wasn’t able to speak directly to a human. This proved to be frustrating.
If you do wish to get in contact, sending an email or using the contact form was the most effective way.
I spent less time using the accompanying online casino, however, I did find that there was a vast selection of slots and table games and as a fan of game shows and live dealer games, I enjoyed being able to pick from some of the most popular titles including Monopoly Live.
There is plenty to like about FafaBet, yet there is still room for improvement. This online sportsbook has done the basics right and there are plenty of reasons to sign up and become a regular user of their site. The offers are superb and those who choose to bet with FafaBet will be duly rewarded on a regular basis.
