I’m sure like many of you, one of the first things I do when exploring a new platform is check out the different sports I can bet on. As an experienced sports bettor, I understand the importance of reliable customer support when navigating an online sportsbook. In regards to Supabet Sportsbook, I had a bit of a mixed experience, to tell you the truth.

On the one hand, Supabet seems committed to offering reliable and efficient customer support with 24/7 services available via both live chat and email. I should also note how impressed I was with their FAQ section. They have separate tabs for “General”, “Technical”, “Promotions”, and many other types of inquiries, under each of which there are between 5-15 highly relevant questions.

Unfortunately, when it comes to actually dealing with their customer support, I can’t say I had the most positive experience. It took nearly 10 minutes before connecting with one of their live chat agents and afterwards, they didn’t answer my question at all, redirecting me to their email support team. I sent over an email but it took nearly two days before I received a response for what I believed was a relatively simple inquiry.

Now, my one experience isn’t necessarily reflective of the brand as a whole, so I wouldn’t judge too critically. However, I’ve been reviewing sportsbooks for a long time and I must give my honest opinion based on my own personal experience.
