• No Dedicated Mobile App: A gripe I have with many online betting sites, I think this is a huge weakness. You want players to stick with your bookie and offering a dedicated betting app with linked promotions, bonuses and more could help GreatWin in the long run.
• Strict Welcome Bonus Conditions: We’ll admit that there are stricter conditions out there but the 6x rollover and limits for certain players in specific countries makes this a weakness.

All in all, if you’re looking for a fun and exciting online casino experience, I cannot recommend GreatWin enough. 

I will give GreatWin some slack since the company is new but I think they need to improve on their customer support. The first thing we noticed is that finding the help centre wasn't easy. Now, you can sort of cheat and scroll to the bottom of the page but we like when the help section is clearly displayed.

With that being said, they provide a live chat feature which is 24/7 and their e-mail support team typically responds within 45 minutes, which is fast! The FAQ section isn't as detailed as other bookmakers, but they have some commonly asked questions and responses readily available. There could be improvement with additional support lines, such as a telephone number, social media help page and a more detailed FAQ page.

GreatWin's customer support is average, and I think it's useful. However, there are areas in which they could improve.

Although GreatWin is green as a bookmaker, they are a bookmaker Canadian bettors should follow. There are kinks they need to work out but overall, GreatWin provides bettors with a solid online experience.

GreatWin's biggest weakness is that they are battling growing pains as bookmakers. They offer some of the best sports leagues, but the markets tend to tail off with some of the lesser-known leagues. This doesn't happen with established bookmakers. That isn't to say GreatWin is a poor bookmaker but it's clear that they need time to blossom. GreatWin is an A- bookmaker that could easily be A+ with some simple additions.

The good news is that there aren't many flaws if any. We just think the site needs tweaking to slightly improve. But as avid bettors, we understand the potential for GreatWin. They are a blue-chip prospect that could be a franchise player in the future.
