Founded in 2000 out of a single office in Stoke, England, bet365 is now one of the biggest and most popular sportsbooks in the world. In this bet365 review, I will tell you all you need to know about this legacy brand, starting with its strengths and weaknesses. Let’s get into it!

In my opinion, bet365 is one of the best betting sites in Ontario. It’s not perfect though. Before I get into the in-depth review, let’s quickly go over the strengths and weaknesses of bet365 Canada.

bet365 Strengths 

• Huge soccer betting market: bet365 is a must-have if you are a soccer bettor. The betting site has bets available for almost every league in the world, and tons of player and team props available for every game.
• World-class betting app: The bet365 betting app is one of the best in Canada. It has a super simple user interface and all the same betting markets as the desktop site. It is available for download on iOS and Andrioid devicesUnlike a lot of Canadian sports betting sites, bet365 has a sportsbook app that is available for download on iOS and Android devices.
• Sportsbook features: bet365 has more unique features than almost any other betting sites in Canada. Our favourite is the Bet Builder. This single-game parlay tool allows you to pick up to 12 picks from one game and combine them in one bet.

bet365 Weaknesses

• Account limits: bet365 has a bad reputation for quickly limiting players' accounts if they win big. This reputation is unfortunately true.
• Limited customer service: bet365 customer support is available via 24/7 live chat and by email. It’s not always helpful though. Staff sometimes don’t provide as much detail as you would like, which makes the entire process take longer than it should.

Overall, to me, the positives of bet365 definitely outweigh the negatives. However, if you are a high roller or someone who cares a lot about customer service, bet365 might not be your best option.

When I bet with bet365, I know that safety is one thing I don’t have to worry about. Like all sportsbooks we cover at MansionBet, bet365 is legal in Canada. Additionally, bet365 is arguably the most reputable sportsbook in the world.

I don’t trust bet365 just because of its reputation though. bet365 uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt all data sent to and from the site. The bet365 early cashout feature allows you to cut your losses and get some money back if a bet is not going your way. With the early payout feature, you can cash-in early on a single bet or parlay before your luck turns bad.

bet365 Live Streaming

Both the bet365 app and sports betting site allow you to watch tennis, golf, soccer, darts, basketball, and loads of other sports while you bet. This feature is a great way to keep track of the matches you have bets on. The streams are also just to watch even if you are not betting.

bet365 Sportsbook is best known for its soccer betting market, but The Beautiful Game is far from the only sport you can bet on with bet365. In total, bet365 has close to 40 unique sports available to bet on in Canada. This means you can bet on everything from the NFL, NBA, esports, and everything in between.

As much as I like having plenty of sports available to bet on, my favourite thing about bet365’s sports coverage is how deep its markets are.

Instead of just having the basic moneyline betting, over/under, and points spread markets, bet365 has a wide variety of props, parlay bets, and alternative lines available for each sport.

bet365 Betting Markets:

• Moneyline betting: Bet365 offers a ton of moneyline bets. This is a simple wager on which team is going to win. It’s one of the most basic options.
• Spread betting: Spread betting is extremely popular, especially in NFL gambling. It makes it easier to bet on either side when gambling.
• Total betting: This wager type is on the combined scoring of the two teams in any game. Bet365 will set a line and you can bet if the game will go over or under.

bet365 Types of Bets Available

• Parlays: Parlays are famous as you can combine multiple bets to increase your payout. However if just one bet misses, you’re entire ticket is done.
• Props: These bets are on the performance of individual players or any market not related to the final score.
• Futures: These bets are on season-long outcomes such as who will win the championship that year.
• Live: Live bets are wagers on contests which have already started. Bet365 will update the lines constantly, giving gamblers the chance to put money down.

Out of all bet365’s great features, I think the one I like the most is its app. For one, it actually has an app that you can download on iOS and Android devices. A lot of Canadian sportsbooks only have mobile betting sites and no betting apps.

Another thing I really like about the bet365 app is how easy it is to use. The entire process of downloading the app, creating my account, and placing my first bet took just a few minutes.

Finding bets, using the bet365 Bet Builder and its other features, and withdrawing my winnings was equally as easy as creating my account with the app.

Customer support is one thing I think bet365 Sportsbook could do better. The site’s FAQ page is top-tier, but the 24/7 live chat and email support options are fairly standard.

Responses are also pretty. Sometimes the live chat connects you to someone quickly who can help you with all your issues. Other times you have to wait a while and the representative ends up asking you to send an email instead.

Unfortunately, it’s not just me who feels this way. I’ve seen other bet365 review articles highlighting the same weakness. Hopefully this is something bet365 addresses soon.

bet365 is one of the best sportsbooks in Canada. Its soccer betting markets, Bet Builder, and live betting features are unmatched. The bet365 app is also hard to beat.

If you are a soccer bettor, I would not recommend any other sportsbooks over bet365. Even if you aren’t much of a soccer fan, bet365 has a lot to offer. It is definitely worth giving it a try.
