Best Tip #1: Yalla Habibi – Fontwell, 2.40
Yalla Habibi was a close third at Hereford in a competitive maiden hurdle last month on what was his last outing for Anthony Charlton.
The 5-year-old has changed hands since and new trainer Harriet Dicken seems to have picked out a good first race for her new charge and the potential to score at Fontwell seems high. Today’s slower ground should be ideal and Yalla Habibi is taken to deliver off a short price.
Light Em Up Nigel could also have a significant part to play. He finished second on five of his seven hurdling starts last year and though his run to 10th in his most recent effort at Market Rasen on Boxing Day was far from impressive, cheekpieces were on that day.
That gear will be back off again here, so expect the 8-year-old to recapture some form.

Best Tip #2: Full Metal Jacket – Musselburgh, 4.30
Full Metal Jacket has been earning plenty of attention on betting sites for horse racing this week, and for good reason.
A brother to Embassy Gardens, Full Metal Jacket makes his hurdling debut today for Irish trainer Emmet Mullins and a repeat of the form he showed to finish third at Punchestown in April could be enough to beat a less-impressive field in the first race at Musselburgh.
Speed Davis looks like the obvious danger. The former Irish point winner won at bumper at Sedgefield in January and placed second at Catterick a month later. There could be improvement to come from the 6-year-old today.
Elsewhere, Anamanda hasn’t pulled up trees since moving over to the UK, though the 5-year-old showed promise in France and could surprise if circumstances allow.

Best Roughie: Senor Carrots – Dundalk, 4.55
With the fixture at Wexford likely to be rained off again, we look to Dundalk in the Republic of Ireland for inspiration and Senor Carrots could be the one to back at a big price in the 4.55.
He’s been off the grid since a succession of disappointing efforts last summer on turf, though he is a different beast on AW and he won at Dundalk this time last year. Running off a kind mark today, Senor Carrots could be worth a go.
Billboa meanwhile, who is chasing a fourth straight win at Dundalk, is leading the markets on betting apps uk. The 4-year-old has incurred a 5lb rise since his last success in March, though he still looks like the one to beat.
Talia is another for shortlists following two second-placed surges on the spin at Dundalk, while Winemaker is another previous winner at the circuit.

- The track at Fontwell runs in the shape of a figure eight, and with both right and left turns to conquer, nimbler horses can have the edge. Jockey Sam Twinston-Davies has won 48% of his races at Fontwell while trainer Anthony Honeyball has a 37% strike rate there so far this term.
- The finish at Musselburgh is a short 150 yards, so we want our tips to be right in the mix to avoid being left behind at the last. Jockey Harry Cobden has four victories from just seven races at Musselburgh this season, so keep an eye out for him.
- Dundalk is nicely flat and a fair ride thanks to the Polytrack surface there. JP O’Brien has claimed more wins at Dundalk this season than any other trainer (15). John C McConnell is next in line with 12 victories, while Adrian McGuinness has 10.
