Few months in the Premier League calendar are as frantic as February and with matches every weekend, every side needs to be on their mettle at this time of year. Champions Manchester City have a tricky looking assignment this weekend, heading to Brentford, whilst Chelsea welcome Wolves to Stamford Bridge and Manchester United take on West Ham United.
Chelsea vs Wolves – Chelsea to win the match
4/7 at Rhino Bet
Another midweek disaster has been seen as a huge setback for Chelsea, who looked to be turning the corner, before Liverpool decided to give them a real thumping at Anfield. The blues have been a curious case with many punters and EPL betting sites this season, as they continue to struggle for form but occasionally pick up a good result. With that in mind, they take on Wolves next, a side that don’t know when they are beat and who did manage to triumph over Chelsea earlier in the campaign.
This should be a good one at Stamford Bridge and whilst Wolves will have a go, Chelsea should come out on top here.
Manchester United vs West Ham United – Manchester United to win the match
4/6 at Betzone
A similar story can be told for Manchester United, who are simply not stringing enough results together to contemplate a top 4 challenge currently, but they remain a real threat. Next up is West Ham United, a side that have been punching above their weight all season but who do sometimes lack a playing identity under David Moyes.
Both sides will be desperate to have strong second halves to the season and they will feel that they can both force their way up the table, with the end of the campaign on the horizon.
West Ham won’t fear this trip in the way that they used to but Manchester United have looked decent at home of late and should pick up all three points here.
Brentford vs Manchester City – Draw
4/1 at Fitzdares
Champions Manchester City have been back to their imperious best of late, winning their last 8 games in all competitions and as ever, they tend to click into gear at the business end of the campaign.
Their next trip is a tough looking one though, on the road at Brentford, a side that have caused them plenty of problems in the past and who have Ivan Toney back fit and firing within their ranks.
City will have plenty of the ball here and will push the Bees all the way but the Gtech Community Stadium will be rocking and Brentford could well ride their luck and pick up a point.
