EFL Championship Accumulator Tips: Saturday’s 5/1 Double Chance Acca

MansionBet - EFL Acca Tips

The English Championship returns with another bumper fixture slate on Saturday and we’ve worked the angles to pick out four double chance selections that can be combined for a price of 5/1 ahead of the action.

Cardiff vs West Brom – Cardiff double chance

1/3 at Fitzdares

West Brom’s form has fallen off a cliff in recent weeks and the Baggies, who have lost five of their last six fixtures in the Championship, could drop more points at Cardiff.

With time running out to secure their second-tier status, the Bluebirds are in dire need of a positive result and they could harness home advantage here. City managed to avoid defeat in five of their last seven assignments and they could earn at least a draw against a wilting Albion.

Millwall vs Swansea – Swansea double chance

8/13 at Fitzdares

Swansea will kick Saturday’s game off at The Den as underdogs on Championship betting sites, however, the Welsh outfit’s 2-1 win at QPR last time out was their fifth successive victory in the division and they should have enough confidence to go toe-to-toe with Millwall.

The Den has been a happy hunting ground for the Swans in recent seasons and having won on two of their last three visits to that venue, City could upset the odds again here.

Oxford vs Sunderland – Oxford double chance

1/2 at Fitzdares

Sunderland have moved down the gears in recent weeks as they put plans in place for the playoffs and the Black Cats, who have looked a little unmotivated, have lost three games on the bounce in the Championship and have won only twice in seven attempts overall.

Oxford meanwhile, still have work to do to avoid the drop and with their need greater, United could be the latest team to take advantage of Sunderland’s late-season listlessness. Back Oxford in the double chance market in this one.

Preston vs Plymouth – Plymouth double chance

10/11 at Fitzdares

Preston’s dismal late-campaign form is threatening to drag them into a late relegation dogfight and North End, who have lost three league fixtures on the bounce, have secured only one win from their last 14 Championship matches overall.

It’s somewhat surprising then, to see Preston priced as clear favourites on football betting apps to triumph on Saturday. Relegation rivals Plymouth have won three of their last five games and look better positioned in terms of form to tackle Saturday’s test at Deepdale with more confidence.
