There is another exciting slate of Championship fixtures to look forward to on Saturday and we’ve constructed an 18/1 win accumulator around the day’s action.
Luton vs Leeds – Leeds to win
3/5 at Fitzdares
Luton have enjoyed a resurgence of late and have seen their survival odds shorten on Championship betting sites as a consequence, however, the Hatters’ improvement might be interrupted by Leeds.
The visiting Yorkshiremen have dropped too many points of late, however, they have lost only one of their last ten league games on the road. Leeds also cruised to victory (3-0) when they last faced Luton in November and United could have too much class for Town again here.
Bristol City vs Watford – Bristol City to win
3/4 at Fitzdares
Bristol City have made Ashton Gate one of the Championship’s most formidable fortresses this term and the Robins have lost just three times in 19 outings at that venue, winning ten times along the way.
Watford meanwhile, are already into double figures (10) for away defeats and they could struggle again here. The Hornets have lost their sting, failing to score in three of their last five matches and their lack of cutting edge could count against them again on Saturday.
Oxford vs Sheffield United – Sheffield United to win
17/20 at Fitzdares
Sheffield United currently occupy top spot in the Championship and the Blades will be targeting a fifth win in six fixtures to keep their title rivals at bay on Saturday.
Their opponents, Oxford, have won only one of their last 11 second-tier tussles, while six of their last nine games in the division have ended in defeat. Sheff Utd were too good for Oxford at Bramall Lane in November (3-0) and the in-form Blades are backed to be a cut above again in Saturday’s rematch.
Swansea vs Derby – Derby to win
14/5 at Fitzdares
Derby County are on the up under new boss John Eustace and their 3-2 win over Plymouth last time out was their third successive victory in the Championship.
With survival a major motivator, the Rams should be a determined force in Wales on Saturday where an out-of-sorts Swansea provide opposition.
City have won only two out of 15 Championship skirmishes since the turn of the year, while they finished on the losing side in four of their last six games at home. Derby are underdogs on the best betting apps, however, momentum is on their side and they could upset the odds.
