With Liverpool readying themselves to lift the Premier League title this weekend and the sides heading back into the Championship all-but confirmed, the race to finish in the top 5 looks to be the most compelling in the Premier League. Chelsea find themselves with work to do to be playing Champions League football next season and an intriguing clash with Everton lies in wait on Saturday. Elsewhere, Newcastle will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Aston Villa, as they host lowly Ipswich Town, while Brighton will be looking to stay in touch, as they welcome struggling West Ham United.
Chelsea vs Everton – Chelsea to win
5/8 at Rhino Bet
Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea continue to fight on two fronts, with the Europa Conference League semi-finals next on their agenda but for now, they will be desperate to crack the top 5 in the Premier League. A last gasp win at Fulham has allowed the blues to stay in touch with the sides above them and David Moyes’s Everton are the next visitors to Stamford Bridge. The Toffees came up short against Manchester City last time out but will arrive here in West London ready to make life tough for Chelsea. The hosts absolutely must win though and while it may be cagey, they look good value to pick up all three points with most punters and EPL betting sites.
Newcastle United vs Ipswich Town – Newcastle United to win

The battle to crack the top 5 is top of the agenda for Newcastle United too, with Toon having already landed the Carabao Cup this term. For the Magpies, it has been a season of growth and how they will want to land Champions League football next season. They face an Ipswich Town side who are faltering hard in the Premier League and their return to the Championship has been all-but confirmed in recent weeks. St James’s Park should be ramped up here and Newcastle are always a tough side to beat at home and they should put Ipswich to the sword here.
Brighton vs West Ham United – Brighton to win
4/5 at Rhino Bet
It has been a curious campaign for Brighton, who have seriously dropped off the pace in the Premier League in recent weeks but there is still plenty for them to build upon moving forwards. The Seagulls welcome former manager Graham Potter and his new employers West Ham United to the south coast, with the Hammers currently in disarray. Finishing in the top 8 still remains within Brighton’s grasp this term and they will be looking to see off West Ham in this one and kick on with their European football aspirations.
