Chelsea have improved a little over the past week and will be looking to force their way into the European places come the end of the campaign. West Ham meanwhile have been plodding along for weeks under David Moyes and change looks to be on the cards with the Hammers in the summer. With that in mind, Chelsea will be out to prove a point here and they should beat West Ham.
