Despite a defeat to fellow strugglers West Ham last time out, Wolves have stuck by manager Gar O’Neill and face another side in strife this weekend, Ipswich Town. Wanderers are plugging away at the bottom of the table and there will be plenty of scrutiny on them this weekend. Meanwhile, league leaders Liverpool continue to set the standard and they have a tricky upcoming tie against Fulham to navigate, whilst Arsenal host Sean Dyche’s dogged Everton side.
Wolves vs Ipswich Town – Wolves to win

The pressure on Wolves manager Gary O’Neill feels as if it is at fever pitch and how he and his Wanderers side need a win here. With just two wins on the card this season, Wolves are immersed in the relegation scrap, and they host Ipswich Town, a side in an almost identical situation. Wolves were unlucky in the eyes of many not to pick up at least a point against West Ham last time out but came up short, a similar story for Ipswich, who conceded two goals in the last 5 minutes to lose to Bournemouth. This won’t be a classic, but Wolves should have the fire power to come through this one and are the favourites here by many punters and EPL betting sites.
Liverpool vs Fulham – Liverpool to win

Currently, it doesn’t feel as if anything can stop Liverpool, who will have benefitted from a breather last weekend, as their Merseyside Derby was called off due to Storm Darragh. Consequently, the reds return to Premier League action for the first time in 10 days, as they host Fulham. The reds are sat pretty at the top of the tree and Chelsea now look to be their closest challengers. Fulham have been going really well this season under Marco Silva, carrying a serious threat across the pitch and they picked up a deserved point against Arsenal last weekend. This won’t be easy for Liverpool, but they should pick up all three points.
Arsenal vs Everton – Arsenal to win

A true contrast of styles looks to be on the agenda here, as Arsenal and Everton meet in North London. The Gunners are still hitting their stride under Mikel Arteta this term and they will be fancying their chances of putting a run together over the Christmas period, where results are more important than performances. Everton meanwhile are plugging away under Sean Dyche, with a 4-0 thumping win over Wolves their last Premier League result. It could be attritional, but Arsenal should have the personnel to succeed here.
