Following wins for some of the biggest sides in the division on the opening day, the reality of the season beginning will be hitting them again, as the second Saturday of Premier League action promises plenty of thrills and spills once more. Manchester United won well on the opening day against Fulham but they look to have a tough test against Brighton next. Tottenham will be looking to pick up their first win of the season, as they host Everton, whilst Arsenal travel to Aston Villa – in a battle of two sides who finished inside the top 4 last season.
Brighton vs Manchester United – Draw

Following their thumping win on the road at Everton on the opening day, Brighton are very much the team to catch at the top of the table. Next up is an enticing Saturday early kick off against Manchester United, a side who look to be ready to mount a decent top 4 challenge this term. Whilst the early season optimism may mask some issues at both clubs, both teams will be feeling relatively confident ahead of this one and this should be an excellent game down on the south coast. So many scenarios seem possible here but this should be a very good game, one that looks set to end as a draw in the eyes of most punters and EPL betting sites.
Tottenham vs Everton – Tottenham to win

Tottenham have invested significantly again this summer, but they couldn’t find a way past Leicester City on the opening day, but they should be backed to the hilt here at home against the Toffees. Everton simply couldn’t live with Brighton on the opening day and Sean Dyche will be eager to ensure his side don’t lose too much confidence. This could be an attritional one, with Tottenham likely to have enough firepower in their ranks.
Aston Villa vs Arsenal – Arsenal to win

Two sides that managed to finish in the top 4 last season meet here, as Aston Villa take on Arsenal at Villa Park. Unai Emery will lead Villa against his former employees in Arsenal and he will be keen to repeat the double he managed over them last season, results that arguably cost the Gunners the Premier League title. Arsenal meanwhile have been tipped by many to win the Premier League title this season and they opened up with a comfortable 2-0 win over Wolves last weekend. This game feels significant already within the context of the season and Arsenal should lay down a big marker here.
